From September 3rd to 5th, 2023, with the invitation of the External Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Cambodian China Friendship Youth Home, Huang Xiankai, Secretary of the Party Committee of BTBU, went to Cambodia for a work visit and exchange.

On September 3rd, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manai met Minister of the External Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Liu Jianchao at Phnom Penh. He had a friendly conversation with delegation members, and exchanged views on supporting the use of the Cambodian China Friendship Youth Home platform and promoting practical cooperation in related fields. On September 4th, under the joint witness of Liu Jianchao, Minister of the External Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Xin Bola, Deputy Leader of the Central Youth Working Group of the Cambodian People's Party, BTBU and the Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia signed a cooperation agreement on education projects between the two universities. On September 5th, Huang Xiankai went to the Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia for meetings.
